The OLC Kids Chess Club is a club for school age kids (ages 6-12) who love to play and learn about chess. 

Meetings are held online every Sunday, from 11:00am to 12:30pm (PDT) and every Friday, from 4:00 to 5:30pm (PDT).

Our instructors are Dr. Julian Geske (International Master) and Akeem Brown (Candidate Master).

Now offering Online OLC Beginners Chess For Adults!

OLC Beginners Chess is for adults (18 and above) who would love to learn how to play chess. Meet with our chess instructor, Akeem Brown (Candidate Master) and learn about chess strategies & tactics and become a better chess player. Meetings are held every Thursday, from 8:00pm to 9:30pm (PST) via Zoom.

We carry challenging classic and new age games. Also, physical contraptions, such as Rubik's Cubes, Tavern and Hanayama puzzles. Play them here with friends or take them home.

Group Lessons

We offer guided group lessons and other activities on a variety of topics.
