"During the pandemic my in person chess club was cancelled. Luckily I found Casual Chess, a virtual chess club through Meetup. You get to meet, chat and joke with people from around America and beyond and play chess. I love hearing the range of accents! I also like that I learn chess tips from Master Candidate Akeem Brown. I have improved my games, too."
- Stefanie F. (on Meetup)
"We decided to sign my son up for chess lessons to try to stretch his brain and give him another fun activity to do during the pandemic. He enjoys the lessons very much and is often excited to show us new moves and sequences that he is learning. I've noticed that his chess skills and strategies have improved quite a bit!"

"They have a nice assortment of games, and have a very impressive set of math, computing and science books for adults on sale, as well as classic literature."
